Young Aviator Academy is specifically designed for boys and girls, Middle and High school ages to spark and nurture their interest in aviation science and to provide an exciting opportunity to explore the world of aviation. Young Aviators will learn hands-on about multitude of aerodynamics topics, flight planning and flying an actual airplane.
LEARN TO FLY AND FLY
Your will learn the basic principles of aerodynamics, flight instruments, controls, weather patterns, communications and charts and will have the opportunity to apply it in a simulator and a real airplane, accompanied by an FAA certified flight instructor.
IT IS ALL ABOUT SCIENCE
First things first. Understanding the scientific principles of flight is the foundations of learning how to fly. We will also learn about technology, design and mathematical calculation necessary to carry out a flight.
ENGAGE AND INTERACT
Our lessons are built on innovative learning practices to encourage engagement and interaction throughout the session. Activities, scenarios, games and airport tours to reinforce the learning are woven into each lesson.
BE CREATIVE AND THINK
We will look at the things from different perspectives and focus on solving challenging problems.

Young Aviator - Beginner Level
Open to grades 6-12, recommended for students who have little or no prior aviation knowledge or experience.

Young Aviator - Advanced
Open to grades 6-12 and recommended for students who have attended our Young Aviator Academy previously, or a similar aviation camp/academy.
Included in the program:
- 5 classroom sessions
- 2 flights (1.5 hours of flight time total)
- Tours
- Learning materials
- Academy t-shirt and swag
- Light snacks
Price: $1399
Young Aviator Premier
Designed to provide individualized attention to a student with more flight time.
Included in the program:
- 5 classroom sessions
- 3 flights (3 hours of flight time total)
- Tours
- Learning materials
- Academy t-shirt and swag
- Light snacks
Price: $1899
Dates summer 2025:
July 7 – 11 Beginner Level
July 14 – 18 Beginner Level
August 4 – 8 Advanced Level
July/August – Premier can be scheduled for any week during July or August in accordance with the school's availability schedule.
A maximum group size for Beginner and Advanced level is 10 participants.
We will try to accommodate every Young Aviator, and once the spots get filled up, we will form a waitlist. If there is a minimum required number of participants on the waitlist, we will be happy to add another session.
